Design Completion: Two Prominent Coral Gables Projects

Douglas Wood & Associates, Inc. has completed the structural design for two signficant projects in Coral Gables.

The first of these is the fourteen-story 2020 Ponce. this project consists of seven office condominium floors atop six floors of parking garage over street level retail, with a total gross floor area of approximately 337,000 square feet. The site for this project has already been cleared, and construction will begin soon.

The other project, Casa Majorca, is prominently located at the corner of LeJeune Road and Majorca Avenue. This project is a six-story residential condominium with ground floor parking, with a total gross floor area of approximately 73,500 square feet.

These are just two of Douglas Wood & Associates, Inc.'s most recent projects in Coral Gables. we are currently designing three additional residential condominiums and three restaurants, and our Bermuda Village (at Ponce de Leon Boulevard and Rivieria Boulevard) is nearing construction completion.
