2525 Ponce de Leon Boulevard - Grand Opening

HINES, one of the world's largest privately held development companies, recently celebrated the grand opening of its 2525 Ponce de Leon Boulevard Building in Coral Gables. This project, with its twelve-story office tower (with ground floor retail) and eight-story garage, was constructed on a very ambitiously accelerated schedule.
HINES turned to Douglas Wood & Associates, Inc. for the Special Inspection Services for this project. DW & A, Inc. helped HINES achieve its ambitious goals by providing the highest quality inspection services, and by using DW & A, Inc.'s excellent reputation and working relationship with the Coral Gables Building Department to act as liaison for the developer.
Douglas Wood & Associates, Inc. met the needs of the accelerated schedule by providing full-time on-site representation and office support throughout the thirteen-month schedule. In addition to this, where the construction required, DW & A, Inc. provided multiple inspectors, simultaneously inspecting different areas of the project. We were also right there, when needed, for early morning castings, late night preparations and weekend inspections.
